Terms of use
Updated: 2 September 2026
By using Verific, you agree to the terms below.
What the service does
Verific performs a single automated visit to the address you give it — the same way an ordinary browser would. It records network requests before consent, looks for the cookie banner, clicks the decline button, and opens the privacy page. The service does not sign in to accounts, fill in forms, or change the site being checked.
The result is not legal advice
The check is automated and approximate. It shows likely technical problems but does not replace legal and technical expertise. The “pass”, “unclear” and “fail” marks are a preliminary assessment, not an official finding on compliance with Law 195/2024.
Checking an address that is not yours
By entering an address, you confirm that you are entitled to initiate a technical check of it. Do not use the service for addresses you are not allowed to access, or for load testing.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or stop it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DRICOMM LTD is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, or from decisions made on the basis of its results.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the new version.
